LARC grad Kacey Montoya started as Morning Anchor | Why Anchor Training? In school, they tell you that starting as an anchor is impossible. At LARC, we say not only is it possible... we say it's common with a LARC resume tape. LARC graduates often start as morning anchors, weekend anchors and even main anchors. Read our Success Stories and you'll see. The LARC Anchor class is designed to show you the tips and techniques that helped our graduates start on the desk. | ![]() LARC grad Michele Velez started as Main Anchor

How Does the Class Work? The classes are small so you can get the attention you need. No more than two students will take part in each class. You will spend 45 minutes to an hour learning the techniques of anchoring. After that, you will tape your performance, reading 6 to 8 story headlines of current news events. Your final tape will be edited together and complete before you leave.
What Can I Do With The Tape? You can use the tape as a calling card to news directors. At one time, news directors only wanted reporter tapes; start as a reporter, then work your way up. That changed with the explosion of on-line news. Now, if you can communicate clearly, look professional and enjoy anchoring, you can start on the desk. But you must have a tape. The LARC Anchor class makes that easy.
How Much Does It Cost? $499.00 You read it right. Just $499. That's the lowest priced anchor resume tape in the country. You'll get professional training, teleprompter experience and, most importantly, a complete resume tape for just $499. Sign up today for your best chance to reach your goal. To sign up, Click Here.
